A premier firm in Seattle with offices nationwide is looking for corporate paralegals to join their team.  The opportunity is extended to candidates in Seattle, San Francisco and Portland.  Your experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and general corporate support/deal work with emerging companies will qualify you for immediate consideration.  The position will allow you to work directly with a variety of attorneys and clients in the corporate and emerging business areas.  Salary will be dependent upon a variety of factors and will be $79,000 to $168,000.  The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office REQUIRED (specific days may be chosen at your discretion) and two remote per week.  The firm provides full benefits including health, vision and dental, a PTO plan including volunteer days for community service work, commuter benefits, retirement contribution, tuition reimbursement, and a family planning benefits (adoption/fertility).  The firm also offers a paid sabbatical after 13 years at the firm.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 3 years’ current corporate experience in M&A, debt financing and corporate support to emerging companies
• A BA and paralegal certificate or the equivalent in experience
• Advanced proficiency with all MS Office programs
• Experience with cap table management software a plus
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven customer/client services skills including strong communication skills
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to adapt to new technology quickly/efficiently
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and work effectively in a team environment
• Candidates MUST live in the Seattle, Portland or San Francisco area as office attendance is required (HYBRID POSITION WITH 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE)
