We are looking for an IP specialist with foreign/international prosecution experience to join a firm and work with their IP Practice team.  This position is remote and we are able to consider candidates in Seattle, San Diego, Palo Alto, Denver area.  The position will support the group with foreign filings as well as review and management of the filings to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness.  This oversight/review role is a major component of the position.  The firm offers a competitive salary ($80 – $114K DOE for this position, and please note that final offer amount will be dependent on location, experience and skillset of the candidate) and a complete benefits package.  The firm also provides a comprehensive orientation process.

REQUIREMENTS:  Candidates are required to have a minimum of 3 years’ current experience in an IP role with experience in full cycle foreign/international patent prosecution filings.  Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer service skills are all needed in this position.  Proficiency with Inprotech, IPDAS and iManage is a plus.  Candidates should have experience with billing time.   Please note that ONLY candidates living in Seattle, San Diego, Palo Alto, Denver area/Colorado will be considered.
