Downtown Seattle law firm is looking for a full time PC/Help Desk Analyst to join their firm. The position will support the entire firm and report to the IS manager as you work with staff members and troubleshoot issues, respond to repair requests and various issues related to supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VDI and telephone systems. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a minimum 1 -2 years MS Office product support experience including Windows and Office, ideally with 1 -2 years of current Help Desk experience in a professional environment, with experience in a legal environment preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required along with proven problem solving abilities. Candidates with a collaborative working style but who are self-starters, motivated, confident and dependable will be the best fit for this group.
