Legal Assistant (Corporate/Business)

Bring your legal secretarial experience to an established downtown law firm with northwest roots. This company is seeking to add a legal assistant to work with partner level attorneys on business/corporate matters within the business practice area. Your expertise in client management, scheduling, document production and organization, as well as your excellent client services skills are important components of the position as you assist with corporate formation registration, M&A and related employment issues. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of three years’ current legal secretarial experience is required (with any experience in litigation highly desired to assist in coordinating with other groups on litigation matters related to employment issues), along with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability and desire to work as part of a team. Candidates must have excellent client services skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a pro-active attitude. Advanced knowledge of MS Office is also required along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
