Legal Assistant (Investment/Finance)

An established northwest law firm with a full-service practice is seeking a legal assistant for their business/investment department.  The firm provides a full benefits package and a competitive salary.  Duties include overseeing projects, managing work flow, travel arrangements and calendaring, ensuring deadlines are met via strong organizational skills, document preparation, case file management and general administrative tasks.  Vaccination required, and the position offers a hybrid work situation.

REQUIREMENTS:  Candidates must possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skills;  the ability to manage multiple projects, high volume and fast pace;  strong organizational abilities;  associate’s degree (or more advanced degree) is preferred;  2 – 3 years of law firm experience and/or familiarity with investment management practices via a professional services setting.
