Legal Assistant (Litigation)

We are seeking a legal assistant to join a Seattle area law firm. The position supports attorneys and legal staff by providing assistance with document production, proofreading/editing, special projects and a variety of other tasks in both litigation and other practice areas. Your strong organizational skills, professionalism and superior communication skills will all be utilized on a daily basis as you work with a high functioning group of legal assistants. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ current litigation legal assistant experience. Candidates with experience in multiple practice areas are preferred. Strong communication skills along with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) and Adobe are required. Knowledge of court rules and filing procedures is required. Any experience with labor and employment law a plus.
