A mid-size Seattle law firm is seeking a legal assistant for their business practice group. This position will support full time attorneys with a practice focusing on a variety of business/transactional/real estate matters, as well providing assistance with some estate planning work. This position is suited for candidates with 3 -5+ years of current business/transactional experience. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have 5+ years current legal secretary/assistant experience in business/transactional/real estate practice areas. Experience with estate planning is desired, and would be considered a plus. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills are required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, a professional attitude and demeanor and top notch organizational skills are also required. Candidates should be comfortable with providing a very high level of client service and have experience communicating with a sophisticated client base.
