This company is actively seeking a litigation legal secretary to assist attorneys with federal court litigation matters. Duties will include case management, preparation of documents for e-filing and time entry preparation. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 2 years’ current litigation legal secretarial experience is necessary and Federal Court experience is REQUIRED. Candidates must have experience with filing pleadings and docketing Federal court dates. Experience with MS Office also required. Candidates with experience in intellectual property litigation (USPTO and TTAB) would be a plus. Proven organizational skills, strong attention to detail and an ability to work within a team setting are also essential to the position.
