Litigation Paralegal
A stable, northwest-based law firm is looking to add a full-time litigation paralegal to their staff. This Seattle office would like an experienced litigation paralegal to assist their casualty practice area and responsibilities would include case management, document review and preparation, witness interviews/investigations, and medical summaries/analysis. Cases are in both state and federal courts. Your organizational skills along with experience in a busy litigation practice will be important as you work with a professional and respectful team of attorneys and other staff. The firm provides full benefits and offers a hybrid work schedule with the firm’s excellent technology and support, making communication with other firm members and collaboration with the litigation team seamless. Salary range for the position will be $70 – 95K and will depend upon your level of relevant experience.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ current litigation paralegal experience with extensive experience in document review, preparation and organization. Document database management, managing discovery and excellent written and verbal skills. Experience with litigation support/software programs is required. Trial experience in state and federal court preferred. Your ability to work within a team as well as work independently and follow through on assignments is a priority.
