Marketing Manager (Legal)
A Seattle firm with a specialized practice is seeking a Marketing Manager. Duties of the position include creating and organizing marketing materials, providing administrative support for the practice group meetings, including outside speaking engagements for attorneys; coordinating and providing support for events, conferences and other promotional activities; coordinating sponsorships and managing sponsorship budgets; assist with the firm’s website and intranet; the position also will provide general assistance with any other marketing and business development that is required. The ability to effectively communicate with attorneys and all levels of staff is key to the position. A competitive salary and excellent benefit package will be offered to the qualified candidate.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have at least two years professional marketing experience, and having marketing experience within a law firm is preferred. Excellent attention to detail, a proactive work style and the ability to follow through on projects are key. Demonstrated skill in written and verbal communications is required along with proficiency in the basic MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite. A four-year college degree is preferred.
