A downtown Seattle law firm has an opening for an Office Services and Facilities Coordinator. This position offers ample opportunity to assist with the operations of the firm. Duties include leading teams in various service areas of the firm (reception, copy center, facilities, hospitality) which includes coordinating schedules/coverage, manage mail and deliveries, managing invoices from outside vendors. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication skills with a strong client-services orientation and enthusiasm are crucial, along with excellent attention to detail. Candidates are required to have at least three (3) years prior office services and/or facilities background in a professional services environment (law firm experience preferred). Candidates must be professional in appearance and demeanor and have the ability and desire to interact with all levels of staff in a positive, friendly and helpful manner.
