Boutique firm with a busy complex litigation practice related to plaintiff matters is seeking a paralegal to join their staff.  This is a full-time, permanent position and the position is available now.  You will support two partners with their cases related to personal injury matters.  Duties will include case/file management, document preparation and filing, client contact, medical record review, and assisting with all phases of litigation including and through trial prep and trial.  The firm offers a strong benefit package and a competitive salary along with a collegial environment that supports and respects staff.  The position offers a hybrid work plan, or full time in the office, as is the preference of the candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:  Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ current litigation experience, and plaintiff litigation experience is preferred.  Knowledge and experience with court rules and ECF required.  The position requires excellent customer service skills, dependability and the ability to work within a team environment as well as be motivated to accomplish goals with little supervision.
