Practice Assistant (Business/Corporate)


We have an opening for a practice team assistant with the Seattle branch of an international firm.  This is an entry level position with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, two remote) and provides an excellent opportunity for growth.  The practice team assistant will provide administrative support to various individuals and support projects within the business/corporate group.  The position provides an opportunity to assist with basic administrative tasks as well as higher level complex projects such as research, document preparation and file management.  The firm provides an excellent and complete benefits package, extensive training and a competitive salary ($48K – 51K, but please note that the final offer amount will be dependent upon experience and skillset of the candidate), along with a clear opportunity for growth.

REQUIREMENTS:  Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma, though a four-year degree is preferred.  Prior administrative experience in a professional services firm (law firm experience preferred) is required.  Strong MS Office skills, and competence with the firm’s programs and databases (post-training) is required.  Excellent attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, and strong organizational skills are key to your success in the position.  This is an in-office position so is only available to Seattle-area candidates as attendance is hybrid and required 3 days a week in-office.
