Boutique firm (north end) has an immediate need for a receptionist/administrative assistant. This is a full time position and includes answering, screening and directing all calls; general administrative duties as needed assisting paralegals and assistants will also be part of the duties and include scanning, data entry and special projects. The firm provides a very congenial atmosphere, casual dress (jeans every day) and excellent benefits.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should be responsible and outgoing with excellent customer service skills. Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is REQUIRED. Strong communication skills, intermediate to advanced MS office skills and proven organizational skills are all required. A year of administrative or receptionist experience in a professional services environment (law firm preferred) is ideal. The qualified candidate will have excellent attention to detail, common sense and good judgment as well as a desire to work in a position that offers a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
