Records Manager (Legal)

 

Downtown Seattle law firm is looking for a full time Records Manager to join their firm.  This is a full- time position and provides the opportunity to manage the Records Department including contract and vendor management as well as budgeting and projections, supervises records staff and oversees the firm’s Information Management Program as well as managing special projects.  The firm provides a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

REQUIREMENTS:  Candidates should have at least 5 years’ current experience in legal records management with both physical and electronic records.  This requires experience working with complex data and associated systems, as well as an understanding of regulatory and compliance issues.  Experience with SharePoint, Relativity and Asana is preferred.  CISSP certification is a plus, and experience with iManage preferred.
