Receptionist/Administrative Legal Assistant

Boutique firm has an immediate need for a receptionist/administrative assistant.  This is a full-time position and includes answering, screening and directing all calls; general administrative duties as needed assisting paralegals and assistants will also be part of the duties and include scanning, data entry, ordering/tracking/managing medical records and working on special projects.  The firm provides a very congenial atmosphere, casual dress and excellent benefits.  This position offers the opportunity for growth into a legal assistant/paralegal role.

REQUIREMENTS:  Candidates should be responsible and outgoing with excellent customer service skills.  Strong communication skills, intermediate to advanced MS office skills and proven organizational skills are all required.  A year of administrative or receptionist experience in a professional services environment (law firm preferred) is ideal.  The qualified candidate will have excellent attention to detail, common sense and good judgment as well as a desire to work in a position that offers a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
